1What is NETELLER?
NETELLER is an online service where you can open a free account and then use that account to transfer funds from your credit card, bank account or wire transfer. You can then use any online service that accepts NETELLER to make your online payments.
2What are the Account ID and Secure ID?
ccount ID: A 12-digit number starting with 45. This number cannot be changed. Secure ID: A 6-digit number assigned to you by NETELLER. No one within NETELLER can see your Secure ID, and we will never ask you for it. Please don't share your Secure ID with anyone, and only use it when transferring funds to and from merchant websites.

4 How to withdraw funds from Neteller
Neteller offers withdrawals via Cheques or Bank Drafts, this can take 2-21 business days and will cost 7.50 EUR. For an Express Delivery cheque, which arrives within 5 business days, there 25 EUR processing fee. Customers have also an options of Bank Transfer or MemberWire (3-10 business days). Most of the European residents can withdraw funds directly to your bank account by registering and verifying your bank account. All Bank Transfer withdrawals are subject to a processing fee of 10,5 EUR or equivalent.
5Can I transfer funds to another Neteller customers
Yes, Neteller offers P2P(person-to-person) transactions and they are instant. Currently there is a discounted rate of 0% reduced from standard 1.9% fee. This discount rate can change at anytime.
6Transactions with merchants/paying at shops
This is one of the most important functionalities of Neteller and is obviously free of charge for customers.
